1. Purpose of This Platform

This website exists solely to facilitate voluntary donations for the purchase of land for the Masjid Usmaan (R.A.) School project managed by Masjid Usman Jamia Salafia. It is a non-commercial, charitable initiative. No goods or services are sold through this platform.

2. About ClassFactors

ClassFactors is the technology company that designed, developed, and maintains this website. ClassFactors provides this service entirely free of charge as a contribution to the community project.

• ClassFactors does not collect, hold, or manage any donation funds.
• ClassFactors earns no profit, commission, or fee from this project.
• ClassFactors has no authority over how collected funds are used.
• All fund management and disbursement is the sole responsibility of the committee.

ClassFactors's role is limited to providing the website as a digital tool. Any questions regarding fund usage, donation confirmation, or project status must be directed to the committee, not ClassFactors.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made directly to the committee's bank account.
• Donations are not processed through this website — payments are made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash and confirmed manually by the committee.
• Submitting the donation form does not constitute a completed donation. The committee must verify the payment before it is confirmed.
• Donations are non-refundable once confirmed, as funds are directed toward land purchase.

4. Donor Wall

If you opt in, your name will be displayed publicly on the donor wall. You may request removal by contacting the committee. Names are shown as submitted — please ensure your name is entered correctly.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClassFactors provides this website on an "as-is" basis and accepts no liability for donation disputes, fund misuse, payment errors, or any loss arising from use of this platform. All accountability for funds rests with the committee.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
