This website is operated by Masjid Usman Jamia Salafia (Mohalla-e-Aram, Khanyar, Srinagar — Ahl-e-Hadith, Jammu & Kashmir) for the sole purpose of collecting voluntary donations toward purchasing land for the Masjid Usmaan School project.
The website was built and is maintained by ClassFactors as a free service. ClassFactors is a technology service provider and has no involvement in fund management, fundraising decisions, or donor communications. ClassFactors receives no payment, commission, or any form of monetary benefit from this project.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a donation, we collect:
- Full name and (optionally) father's name
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Residential address
- Donation amount and payment method
- Transaction reference / UTR number (optional)
- Whether you consent to appear on the public donor wall
3. How We Use Your Information
- To verify and confirm your donation with the committee.
- To display your name on the public donor wall (only if you opted in).
- To notify the committee via WhatsApp for manual confirmation.
- To send you a confirmation acknowledgement if you provided an email.
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside of this project.
4. Data Sharing
Your personal information is shared only with the committee members responsible for confirming donations. It is not sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party.
5. Data Retention
Donation records are retained for as long as the project requires for accountability and record-keeping. You may request deletion of your personal details by contacting the committee directly.
